Occupy London https://jaijaijai.org/2011/11/04/occupy-london/ Fri, 04 Nov 2011 21:01:25 +0000 http://www.jaijaijai.org/?p=107 I’ve been thinking that I really want to visit the protest site at occupy London stock exchange. When the opportunity came to go I was excited.

What a wonderful space there and a sense of community. They’re looking for a change and are open minded to hear about ideas of life, spiritual philosophy and social ideas such as prout and the wealth cap.

I’m inspired by the community there and their organisation. Lets get involved and spread the word that we together can live together in more harmony by sharing what we have. Without the greedy few spoiling it for the majority. There’s more to life than money, which is just numbers. You don’t need lots to be happy. They’re an example of a community.

Flash Mob Meditation on the steps of St Paul's https://jaijaijai.org/2011/11/04/flash-mob-meditation-on-the-steps-of-st-pauls/ Fri, 04 Nov 2011 20:54:14 +0000 http://www.jaijaijai.org/?p=104 I was excited to join the occupy London stock exchange protest. There were over 200 of us collectively meditating together. the vibration was very strong and positive.I felt I was in bliss and I didn’t notice the BBC news presenter filming in front of us!

We all felt the love together in that space on the steps of St pauls near to the stock exchange. Even better to be captured on camera! I was curios to visit the protest as all the occupy protests have hit home to me how we need to express our unhappiness. it’s a way of getting attention. although the mainstream media doesn’t want to publicise it in a good way.

At least together we shared a powerful experience. May there be many more to share.

Occupy together https://jaijaijai.org/2011/09/30/occupy-together/ Fri, 30 Sep 2011 16:25:02 +0000 http://www.jaijaijai.org/?p=100 I’m inspired by the recent peaceful protests all across USA:
http://www.occupytogether.org/

For decades people/plants/animals the planet have been exploited in order for a few to gain wealth selfishlessly. They may think they have the wealth to succeed against us. But people power is greater. As there are millions of people in the same team against these few, we can win and show that their ideals are wrong.

99% against the 1%

What’s the answer?
Obviously capitalism has failed:

  • few greedy ones
  • many in poverty
  • countries in debt
  • throw away society destroying the planet
  • selfishness for others, animals, plants for personal gain
  • hoarding of money/material possessions

Communism? No
Socialism? No

Prout? Yes
Progressive Utilisation Theory for a fairer society.
This takes account for the all round well being to cater for everyones:
physical, spiritual, emotional development
and for our environment.

Flash mob meditation Potters Field Park July 28th https://jaijaijai.org/2011/08/05/flash-mob-meditation-potters-field-park-july-28th/ Fri, 05 Aug 2011 15:08:45 +0000 http://www.jaijaijai.org/?p=95 What an occasion!
Over 200 people gathered together for meditation next to London bridge and the river Thames, on a beautiful sunny day.

As I arrived in potters field park I felt there was a strong positive vibration. Like in its own bubble. I had joined a nucleus which involved over 200 people.

After our meditation we sang together in a sound bath where we all merged into one. Then we sang John Lennon Imagine together and accompanied by a guitarist.
Best of all we all held hands in one big circle and felt like a family.

The energy felt alive, uplifting, positive and jolly. Everyone was of a similar mind and happy to talk to one and another.

I enjoyed the event to meet other people and to share the positive experience with so many other similar minded souls. We all benefited a lot.

A few of us shared nagar kiirtan there that evening which added its positive impression to the people and environment. I and many others enjoyed the outdoor kiirtan very much.

Come and share the wonderful time together!

Flash Mob Meditation June 28th https://jaijaijai.org/2011/07/02/flash-mob-meditation/ Sat, 02 Jul 2011 11:00:23 +0000 http://www.jaijaijai.org/?p=68 I sincerely liked the idea of public meditation where anybody and everyone is invited.
I decided to go because I was excited to go along with others to use a public space to practice meditation together. Who knows what would happen – we could make more people aware of spirituality.

On the Internet an event was organised in Covent Garden Market for people to gather and sit down together to practise their meditation. Over 50 people attended, surprising since the day before the weather had been sunny with temperatures in the low 30s but on the day in the afternoon there was torrential rain with thunder and lightening, although in the evening there was a little drizzle and the cobbled stone floor outside was dry – fine for us to sit down.

public meditation in Covent Garden

I arrived late to the crowd. I saw over 50 people sat down in meditation. Once I joined in and started meditation I felt as part of a collective nucleus with a strong spiritual flow/vibration. Our minds together were creating a wave of positivity in the surrounding area for us and everything else. I felt my meditation was strong and powerful – our collective spirit was overpowering the static and hectic energy which dominates central London. Individually and alone would have been more difficult to concentrate to overcome the energy, but together we were creating a good wave of positive spiritual energy.

May there be many more similar events to meet similar souls and inspire others.

Stoke Newington https://jaijaijai.org/2011/06/06/stoke-newington/ Mon, 06 Jun 2011 21:38:15 +0000 http://www.jaijaijai.org/?p=50
  • * The final day to a 10 day tour singing/chanting/dancing kiirtan in various locations around England.
  • * The second most popular kiirtan, with over 25 people.
  • * Will it end on a climax?
  • * After all, the next day we will be gagging and desperate to start kiirtan wherever we will go
  • I felt this was the best akhanda (forever – well at least 3 hours) kiirtan in this location which has had many previous akhanda kiirtans in the past. I was blissed from the tour and gave this positive energy to the kiirtan here, along with the other tour goers. The tour goers started the kiirtan together and were joined by many more people throughout the 3 hours.

Yes we had the love and grace from god/everything/all from many of us singing our love for god/everything/all, thereĀ  was a positive and uplifting end to the kiirtan. Which made the experience of the past 3 hours seem worthwhile. I was smiling, happy, inspired and nearly close to jumping with joy. The collective atmosphere added to the enjoyment with many people there to share the experience. I felt there wasn’t as much happiness and bliss as in Arkengarthdale on Friday evening, which was still the highlight for me.

Birmingham https://jaijaijai.org/2011/06/06/birmingham/ Mon, 06 Jun 2011 21:17:36 +0000 http://www.jaijaijai.org/?p=48 After yesterdays experience I was positive we could have a better vibration as a few of us had carried their vibration to Birmingham from the previous kiirtans on the tour and steadily felt more blissed like it was accumulating each time.

This location was much smaller and more had more people than in Arkengarthdale. About 17 people were there to collectively vibrate the place. We tried to spread the positive vibration to the building, The time here passed more quickly for me. There wasn’t a climax like the day before in Arkengarthdale, but we had the grace of His love at the end (the returning of god/everything/all’s love). I felt happy at the time during the kiirtan.

Arkengarthdale https://jaijaijai.org/2011/06/06/arkengarthdale/ Mon, 06 Jun 2011 20:15:10 +0000 http://www.jaijaijai.org/?p=45 Our priority was to make an appearance to the place where the idea of the tour began, last November.

main room where people are singing kiirtanThere were 10 of us singing together in such a large room inside a friend’s house which previously was a school. There was plenty of space around for us to dance individually and not be concerned about touching others. This meant we could surrender our ego and spend more energy thinking about the Love for god/everything/all.

Towards the end of the kiirtan we call experienced the same extreme happiness, from the controller of the universe. We were collectively calling His name and we were given His love and grace. We felt His bliss.

main room where people are singing kiirtan

I felt like this experience/time at the moment was similar to a child’s extreme happiness. The difference is the child’s happiness is driven by external objects/events such as receiving a gift or going to a place which is exciting or fun, whereas this happiness we had is available from within – it’s internal. Part of ourselves. We all collectively sang His name with love towards Him and we got love in return. We felt light and so happy that we wanted to dance and jump high. I certainly felt blissed.

This was the highlight of the tour so far.

That evening a friend suggested for me to join them at 5am to sing kiirtan and practice meditation together. I was having doubts after going to bed after midnight, I didn’t set an alarm for that early time. In the morning I heard an alarm at 4:45 and someone using the shower in the bathroom nearby. I looked at the clock until 5am and then decided to get up! I’m glad because the 15 mins of kiirtan were great and best of all I sat for over 35 minutes in meditation which felt very positive and uplifting, especially from the vibration and energy left from the evening before. It was my best early morning meditation ever.

Manchester https://jaijaijai.org/2011/06/06/manchester/ Mon, 06 Jun 2011 19:48:49 +0000 http://www.jaijaijai.org/?p=42 About 12 of us gathered in the spiritually vibrated room in the location of Chorlton.

meditation room in ChorltonWe sang kiirtan for 3 hours, at least at one point we were expecting something more. We were shouting and singing the name of god to come and grant us with His love and add a touch to our experience at the present time. But a few of us felt that this gem didn’t make an appearance on this occasion.

It was a joy to be back in my old home and share the time and experience of this kiirtan with these few spiritually minded people.

Again we left a positive impression on the building and surrounding area by collectively singing kiirtan together for 3 hours.
