We’re looking for someone in their 20s to 30s who is working or a student.

The house has had some recent renovations in the kitchen, downstairs bathroom and lounge.

Room: Rent is £260 per month + bills. Deposit is £325.
Attic room: Rent is £180 per month + bills. Deposit is £215.
3 months minimum.
